Join Claudia Lucero, author and cheesemaker behind Urban Cheesecraft, and discover how easy homemade cheese can be!
In this engaging, beginner-friendly class, we’ll transform everyday milk and yogurt into two simple, nutritious cheeses. You’ll learn to make paneer, a high-protein pressed cheese that can be seasoned, fried, and turned into a satisfying main dish. Then, we’ll make labneh, a probiotic-rich cream cheese made from yogurt, and have hands-on fun creating custom schmears. We’ll finish with a delicious bagel and cream cheese tasting. No fancy tools or hard-to-find ingredients, just fresh homemade goodness made with milk and yogurt from your local grocery store.
